FAQs
After registering as a user by providing you mobile number and email id one can go to PROFILE and SWITCH TO ARTIST SIDE. You can create your artist profile and submit for our team to review your application.
A mobile and email notification would be sent by GetREAL to the artist upon approval post verification of artist credentials.
As an approved artist on GetREAL one can go to their profile and use the share button to share their public profile to their network through messaging and social media apps installed on their device requesting people to rate and review their performance.
Artists can go to PROFILE and click on PROMOTE EVENT button to promote an event
No GetREAL would not be covering these costs. Please note GetREAL would not be in anyways involved in this transaction and anything that is agreed upon by the user and artist are at the sole discretion of the parties involved
A booking is considered to be complete When the status of the booking achieves a GIG COMPLETE status in the booking screen . This is achieved by the artist feeding an OTP provided by the user post the GIG END TIME.
The performance fee is normally credited post 72 hours post the booking achieving the GIG complete status
Yes GetREAL charges a nominal 5% commission on the performance fee mentioned by the artist

When An artist has moved out of their base location they can make themselves visible to user near them by Activating GOG Gigs on the GO a feature introduced by GetREAL
Yes a user can change the location which is right below the GetREAL logo on the top left corner of the user home screen and discover artists who are based out of other locations
